CMA Course Structure

The CMA program consists of three levels:

  • CMA Foundation
  • CMA Intermediate
  • CMA Final

Examination Pattern

Foundation

  • 4 Papers

Intermediate

  • 8 Papers (Group I & Group II)

Final

  • 8 Papers (Group III & Group IV, including one elective paper)

Students may appear group-wise or both groups together at the Intermediate and Final levels, subject to ICMAI regulations.

Passing Criteria

  • Minimum 40% marks in each paper.
  • Minimum 50% aggregate in each group, as prescribed by ICMAI.
