CPA Tax Compliance & Planning (TCP)
Course Overview
CPA Tax Compliance & Planning (TCP)
Master Advanced U.S. Taxation & Strategic Tax Planning for a Global Career
The Tax Compliance and Planning (TCP) section is one of the three Discipline papers in the US CPA (Certified Public Accountant) Examination under the CPA Evolution model. TCP is designed for candidates who want to specialize in advanced U.S. taxation, tax compliance, tax advisory, tax planning, and tax consulting.
Building on the concepts introduced in the Regulation (REG) core section, TCP focuses on applying tax laws to complex business and individual situations. Students develop expertise in tax planning, entity taxation, multijurisdictional tax considerations, property transactions, trusts and estates, and professional tax advisory services.
At Konidena Classroom, our TCP course combines conceptual learning, practical tax case studies, IRS-based compliance concepts, exam-oriented preparation, and real-world advisory scenarios. Our experienced faculty and structured learning approach prepare students for success in the CPA examination and careers in taxation, consulting, and financial advisory.
